okay this is the end lol I swear I know that when my son is grown, I will show him the book I have built of pictures of our fun memories, as well as the hundreds of printed text messages and emails I have exchanged with his father where he would randomly refuse me the right to see my son against our agreements. I will show my child the papers my lawyer and I wrote up, as well as proof that I told the truth. I will one day let my son compare them to the slanderous lie packed papers stbx wrote against me in order to obtain our son for himself. My son will know that a woman as wonderful as his mother deserved better, and will hopefully then take a lesson on what not to be when he someday becomes a husband himself. These things keep me going. Maybe the final custody judge will actually take the time to review things without being in a rush. I can only pray in the mean time.

No No No No No While sympathise with your plight there will never come a time that your son needs to know what an ass your ex has been. You do not show anything to your son, you do not bad mouth your ex, you do not stoop to his level. The rest of your divorce sounds like every other divorce and custody agreement, good luck

If ex is not honoring court ordered custody agreement, you don't dave text messages, you drag his ass back to court, he's in contempt. The judge will force him to honor. I am sorry for what you are going through, but you are not doing everything you can to see your son. You have an agreement in place, make your ex honor it. Unless there is something wrong with you, there is no reason why you should not have your son after daycare. Go back to court immediately and do what's right, for your son. Don't just sit on your ass compiling evidence to hurt your son with one day. Believe me, that's all saving those messages will do.
