My ex decided not to pay CS for december untill I was legally advised to file a case with my local CS agency. Long story short: he "decides not to pay" because he doesnt want to borrow any more money from his family, but the minute he gets the CS agency's paperwork in the mail his BIL cuts him a check and takes care of it for him. Legally i know that means its paid. But what about morally speaking? My ex SIL has admitted to be paying for him since july. I have limited experience I've only been thru it once, and don't see a lot of cases directly.
