Statement of Issue Hello, I have a friend going through a divorce pro se. She thought she ha every document she needed to proceed, but now she is being told she needs a "statement of issue". Does anyone know exactly what that is?

i'm one of those 'real' people i'll tell ya what i think, and dont care what your opinion is. I used to mark him in my 'good posters' list, but recently there's been much activity that is highly suspect. anyways, wikivorce is a branch of wiki that deals with divorce....which i just realized is UK based.... looking to see if there's a US version.
