That is not entirely correct since, if it is in his name and the value has either stayed the same or decreased, it is his. If they have a prenup which specificies that it is his property, then it shall remain as such. Having had a prenup in my 1 and only marriage they are very effective if clearly worded and properly executed.

I had to the police yesterday on my wife because she kept playing stupid games and threatening to leave with my son. Therefore, I had enough and I ed the police and when they came I told them that I had nowhere to go either because I do not have any family here or friends, so then I told them that she had family here and had already taken my son to her mom's house. She agreed to take the police advice to go away for a while, but the thing is the police cannot make you leave weather or not your name is on the morgage or lease, it is community property and no one has to leave, but if one is a high threat to the other, then something has to get done. She tried to pull that crap on me yesterday; telling the police that my name is not on the lease and that I should leave. It was kind of funny when the police man shut her the hell up and told her this! LOL.
