One of the counties there come up with a solution to the custody question. Here is what they did. Assuming both parents are legit, no druggies,etc. The courts would First, award the to the mother with almost equal visitation for the father. The catch here, was NO MONEY would be exchanged, but certain bills ONLY would be split. Day care and medical/dental ONLY. The rest would be paid by the household owner. The mother could say no deal. If she did, then same would then be gave to the father. If the father said no, then the would go back to the mother with the calculated support. 1,2, or 3. The solution worked great. The custody cases all went away. Here is what happen, by over 70%, the mom refuses and then by over 80 % the fathers took the . What was left, maybe 3-4% would actually have support tied to it. WOW, A perfect solution, so North Dakato put it on the ballot statewide and women organizations got a liberal federal judge to get it booted. The program works great, but the problem was the were all going to the fathers and the mothers would no loner get paid to take care of the . The fathers were almost always taking full custody of and saying to the moms, keep you money, are more valauble than money. But the moms groups said no, are worth money to single moms.

Suppose the father makes $x,x per year and the mother has been a housewife for ten years. How would that work then? The mother would lose her children or live in poverty?

The purpose of custody is the kids go to the parent who has the means to support the kids. The sees the difference between support a woman or supportting hte kids. If a woman cannot support the kids, maybe she should get a job. Face it, the country is moving this way and in a fast way. There are several initiatives on the ballot for next year that are similiar and they will pass. So enjoy your money now, you free ride will not last forever!

WHo cares about who does what, you give the mom a choice, she either takes it or not. Listen, this worked for a long time and the cases were quick and simpl. The kids were alot better off too. You can argue witht ehfacts all you want, but eventually you and the rest of the kidhaters will have to face it!

You can't make a blanket law for all occasions, it simply doesn't make sense, kid hater or kid lover. Every case has got to be judged on it's own circumstances.

WHy not? That is what the legal contract of divorce saids already. Both parties are exactly as teh marrage never happen. The man did not support her before the marrage and the man will not support her afterwards. If that is the case, then a woman could just be married and divorced a bunch of times and think about all those checks. Why do you think a woman cannot stand on her own two feet.
