this is what they have told me and i have been there 2 times because i thought the same thing. i even contacted legal aid in another city but still in the same state and they had advised me of the same thing. and then refer me to a lawer that will give me a free consult but that doesnt get the paperwork done

situation is have not seen him in 6 years that is really not the problem cuz i know that is still get divorced by publication. but i have 2 children with him and i need to fill in the proper child support info and finacne info and i have no idea. and within this last 6 year i have had a baby with someone else and in the state of az beings i was legally married they consider him to be the father until file some other forms with the divorce packet and i am clueless. and with my 2 children that i get no finacial help with i am strapped for cash and dont have a extra 250. that is my biggest problem no money
